Our Instructors

Our instructors have, at least, over 12 years of Taekwondo experience and have achieved the grade of 2nd degree black belt or above.

All our instructors are members of NAKMAS National Governing Body, have full professional indemnity insurance and are DBS checked.

ROBERT BOLT – CHIEF INSTRUCTOR

Rob began Taekwondo at 5 years old and is currently a 6th degree black belt. His technical ability is well respected in the martial arts community.

He is considered to be the leading practitioner of the UTI syllabus within the UK.

Rob has competed throughout his Taekwondo career with significant success. He has also coached students to achieve grading and competition success. His achievements include:

  • Multiple British, English, Welsh, Scottish and Irish Championships
  • Two time finalist at European Championships
  • Finalist at the PUMA World Championship.

Rob started Reaction Martial Arts to ensure Taekwondo remains open to everyone in his local community and a reasonable price.

Outside of martial arts, Rob is a qualified Solicitor and enjoys keeping fit generally.

STACEY WOZENCROFT – INSTRUCTOR

Stacey started Taekwondo at the age of 7 and obtained her black belt at age 11.

She took a short break from Taekwondo where she joined the army cadet force and the Territorial Army.

Stacey returned to Taekwondo at 22 and obtained her 4th degree black belt in 2023.

What Stacey loves most about Reaction Martial Arts is that we are not just a club, we are a family. She has 2 children, who regularly compete in competitions and have been very successful.

Outside of Taekwondo, Stacey loves to travel, baking and all around enjoy life.

KELLY WATTS – INSTRUCTOR

Kelly started training when she was 5 years old and is now a 4th degree black belt.

She has worked in social work and as a teaching assistant in primary schools and has experience of working with children with additional learning needs.

Kelly enjoys running, cycling and generally keeping fit.

Our instructors are assisted in their lessons by assistant instructors who hope to go on to become full instructors with their own clubs following an extensive instructor training program.
